Pricing
Pricing you can read before you call us
RankPearl works on three flat monthly retainers. Launch covers one site that needs its base fixed, Growth adds pages, links and conversion tests, and Scale adds a second language and original research. Starting prices for all three are on this page in SAR or US dollars, month to month, with no long-term contract.
30 minutes. No pitch deck. You leave with a prioritised plan.
Three plans, one flat monthly fee
Every plan is a flat monthly retainer, month to month. The number below is where each plan starts; the final scope and price come from a call.
Launch
Starting from
SAR 6,500$1,750
a month
Best for: One site, one language, and a base that needs fixing before anything else earns.
What's included
- A full SEO, GEO and CRO audit in week one, with the first three fixes ranked
- Technical fixes shipped, not just listed in a document
- Two pages written or rewritten every month
- AI crawler access, markup and page structure a model can quote
- A weekly report in your portal, next to the work it describes
- One strategy call a month with your strategist
- Our recommendation
Growth
SAR 12,500$3,350
a month
Best for: Companies that need new pages, links and conversion tests running at the same time.
What's included
- Everything in Launch
- Five pages written or rewritten every month
- Links and mentions worked on every week, by outreach we do ourselves
- One conversion test running at a time, on the pages that carry the money
- AI citation tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews
- Two strategy calls a month, and your strategist in your Slack or email
Scale
SAR 25,000+$6,700+
a month
Best for: Larger sites, two languages, or several service lines competing for the same attention.
What's included
- Everything in Growth
- Ten or more pages a month, across the clusters the plan names
- English and Arabic versions of every priority page, written not translated
- Digital PR built on original research we run for you
- Conversion testing running continuously, not one test at a time
- A weekly working session with your strategist
Starting prices, not quotes. We scope the work on a call and send a written plan before you pay anything.
What every plan includes
These are not upgrades. They come with the smallest plan and the largest one.
- Weekly portal reports
- Every week: the number that moved, the change that moved it, and next week's tasks, sitting next to the work itself.
- A named strategist
- One person owns your plan and is on your calls. No account manager relaying messages between you and the people doing the work.
- No long-term contract
- Plans are month to month. You can stop at the end of any month.
- English and Arabic
- Calls, plans and reports come in whichever language your team prefers. Publishing each priority page in both languages is part of the Scale plan.
Most agency pricing pages end at a form. You read four paragraphs about partnership, click "Get pricing", and wait two days for a number that was decided after someone looked at your website. We would rather you saw the number first and decided whether the rest of the conversation is worth your time. For the fuller picture of what determines a fair number, whoever you hire, see how much does SEO cost.
So the plans above carry real starting prices, in SAR or US dollars. They are floors, not quotes. What you pay depends on how many pages we work on, how much writing you need, and whether links and conversion testing run alongside the SEO. That gets agreed on a call and written down before you pay anything.
Why publish prices when almost nobody does?
Because hiding them wastes both our time.
An agency that will not name a range is usually doing one of two things: pricing each client by what it thinks they can pay, or waiting to hear your budget before it decides on a scope. Neither of those helps you compare us with anyone else, which is the actual job of a pricing page.
There is a second reason, and it is less noble. Buyers now ask ChatGPT and Perplexity what a retainer costs before they ask an agency. Pages with plain numbers get quoted in those answers. Pages that say "contact us for a custom quote" have nothing to quote.
The trade-off is that a published number is easy to undercut. Somebody will always offer the same words for less. We are fine with that, because the plans above say exactly what lands each month, and a cheaper quote that does not say what lands is not the same offer.
What does a flat monthly retainer buy?
A team, an agreed plan, and a fixed amount of work shipped every week.
Not hours. We do not bill by the hour, and we do not price by number of keywords, which is a unit somebody invented to make a quote look bigger. You are buying output: pages written, code fixed, outreach sent, tests run, and a report every week that names what moved and why.
The reason that is monthly and not a project is that none of it works once. A technical fix holds until your next release. A page earns its ranking after it has been live, linked and improved for a few months. Both search engines and answer engines favour sites that keep shipping, so the work is monthly by nature, not by billing preference.
What you are really paying for is the part nobody has automated: a person deciding what to publish, and putting their name on it.
Google's spam policies name "scaled content abuse" — publishing at volume with no one accountable for what is on the page — as grounds for a site-wide demotion, not a penalty on the page itself. That is the risk inside a retainer priced to produce as many pages as it can. Ours caps the number on purpose. Every page is planned by a person, drafted with AI where that helps, then rewritten and approved by the person whose name goes on it. Conversion work gets the same treatment, and it is the first thing a cheap retainer drops, because it is slower to show off than a ranking screenshot.
How do the three plans compare?
The plans differ in three ways: how many pages we work on, how many of the three services run at once, and whether you publish in one language or two.
| What changes | Launch | Growth | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pages written or rewritten | 2 a month | 5 a month | 10 or more a month |
| Technical fixes | Included | Included | Included |
| Links and mentions | Not included | Weekly outreach | Outreach plus digital PR |
| Conversion work | Audit findings only | One test at a time | Testing runs continuously |
| AI citation tracking | Not included | Four answer engines | Four answer engines |
| Page versions | One language | One language | English and Arabic |
| Strategy calls | Monthly | Twice a month | Weekly working session |
One row is worth reading twice. Every plan is run in English or Arabic, whichever your team prefers, and that covers the calls, the plan and the weekly report. Publishing each priority page in both languages is the Scale plan, and those pages are written twice rather than translated once.
What moves you from one plan to the next?
Volume, mostly.
Two pages a month is enough when the first job is fixing what is already there. Once the base is sound and the plan turns to new pages, links and tests, two becomes the thing holding you back, and that is the point at which the next plan starts to pay for itself.
The other two triggers are narrower. If your buyers search in both English and Arabic, you need both versions of the pages that matter, which is a Scale plan. And if digital PR is the piece your market actually rewards, that sits above the entry plan too.
Nothing moves on its own. We do not upgrade anyone because a quarter ended. If the work needs more room, we show you what would change and what it would cost, and you decide. Moving down works the same way.
What is not in the price?
Four things, and they are the four that catch people out.
Ad spend. If we advise on paid campaigns, the money you give Google or Meta is yours to pay directly. It never passes through us, and we take no share of it.
Paid media management. We do not run ad accounts. If you need someone to manage campaigns day to day, that is a different agency and we will say so early.
Paid tools beyond the plan. Each plan covers the tools we use to do your work. If you want a licence in your own name, or a tool we do not use, that one is yours to buy.
Your own team's time. Somebody on your side has to approve a plan and answer questions about your business. It is not billable, but it is not free either, and projects stall without it.
How does billing work?
Monthly, in advance.
Each plan is a flat fee, so a heavy month and a light month cost you the same. The invoice names the plan and the month. Plans run month to month, and you can stop at the end of any month.
The number is in the currency you picked when we scoped the work, and it stays in that currency. We do not convert one to the other mid-plan, because that turns your budget line into an exchange-rate bet.
How do we agree on the price?
Talk for 30 minutes
Book a free consultation with both founders. We look at your site on search, AI visibility and conversion while we talk, ask what you have already tried, and work out who on your side can approve a change to the site. That last one decides more projects than budget does.
Get the scope in writing
One document: the pages, the fixes, the outreach and the tests, each with an owner and a date, and the plan it fits inside. You keep it whether or not you hire us.
Start, or do not
If the scope and the number make sense, we usually start within a week. If they do not, we would rather you spent the money somewhere it works harder.
Review at 90 days
We look at what moved, what did not, and whether the plan is still the right size. Sometimes the honest answer is a smaller one.
When is the cheapest plan the right one?
More often than an agency usually admits.
If your site is small, if you already have a writer in-house and need the technical base and the plan rather than the words, or if you are testing whether search is even the right channel, the entry plan is the sensible place to start. It fixes the things that cap everything else, and it costs the least to walk away from.
Three situations make us a poor fit at any price. If you need leads next week, run ads while the search work builds. If nobody on your side can approve a change to the site, the work stalls no matter which plan you buy. And if what you want is a link package with no strategy attached, somebody else will sell you that more cheaply than we will.
What happens if you want to stop?
You tell us, and the plan ends with the month you have paid for.
Nothing is held back. The audit, the keyword map, the briefs, the outreach list and the reports are in your portal in formats you can open, and the pages we wrote are already live on your site. There is no exit call designed to talk you out of it.
We would rather lose a client in month four than keep one who stopped reading the weekly report in month two. Book a free 30-minute consultation and we will tell you which plan the work actually needs.
Questions we get asked
How much does an SEO, GEO and CRO retainer cost?
Our plans start at SAR 6,500, SAR 12,500 and SAR 25,000 a month, or 1,750, 3,350 and 6,700 US dollars. Those are starting prices for a flat monthly retainer. What you pay depends on how many pages we work on, how much writing you need, and whether links and conversion work run alongside the SEO.
Are these prices final?
No. They are the point each plan starts from, not a quote. We scope the work on a call, write it down with an owner and a date on every task, and send you the number before you pay anything. If the scope does not justify the price, we will say so.
Is there a minimum contract?
Plans are month to month. You can stop at the end of any month. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a year you regret in March.
Why do you show prices in SAR and US dollars?
Because you can pay us in either, and a converted figure that moves with the exchange rate is not a price. Pick the currency you actually budget in with the toggle above the plans. The work is the same either way, and the figure you pick is the figure we invoice.
What is not included in the price?
Ad spend, paid media management, and paid tools beyond the ones each plan covers. If we advise on paid campaigns, the money you give the ad platform is yours to pay and it never passes through us. We do not run Google Ads or Meta campaigns at all.
Which plan should I choose?
Book a free 30-minute consultation first. The number of pages that need work, and whether links and conversion testing belong in the plan, usually settle it on that call. If the smallest plan is enough, we will tell you that instead of selling you the middle one.
Can I hire you for one service instead of all three?
Yes. Every plan runs the audit across SEO, GEO and CRO, because they share one set of findings, but you can put the monthly work into one of them. Most engagements start with SEO and add the other two once the base is fixed.
Do you guarantee rankings or a return on the spend?
No. Nobody controls Google's results or what a model chooses to quote, and an agency that promises a position is selling something it cannot deliver. We commit to the work, the schedule and the reporting, and you see the numbers either way.
How long before the work shows up in the numbers?
Technical fixes often move crawling and clicks within weeks. New rankings and AI citations usually take three to six months, and longer in crowded markets. Conversion tests read fastest, but only on pages that already get enough traffic to call a result.
Can I change plans later, or stop?
Both. Moving up or down happens on a call, with the change written down before it starts, and it never happens automatically because a quarter ended. Stopping happens at the end of a month, and the last weekly report still lands.
