Dubai is one of the hardest search markets in the region to win and an easy one to waste money in. The results are held by agencies with awards, offices and a lot of practice at selling, and directory and listing pages take a share of them too. Plenty of this market still buys on a pitch rather than on a plan.

We are not the biggest agency in this city and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What follows is what we would actually do, what it costs, and when somebody else is the better call.

What does an SEO agency in Dubai do first?

It finds out what is stopping the site being found, before it writes anything.

Can crawlers reach and render your pages, or does the content only appear after JavaScript runs. How fast is the mobile template on a real connection rather than a laptop. Are hundreds of near-identical URLs eating the crawl budget. Is the business profile pointing at the right category, in both languages. Is anything already ranking that nobody has noticed.

Only then does the plan get written. That order is arithmetic, not taste: pages published on a broken base cost the same to produce and earn less. The method is on the SEO page.

Why does mobile speed decide so much here?

Because most of your audience is on a phone, and the thresholds are not a matter of opinion.

200 ms

Google's threshold for interaction responsiveness, measured at the 75th percentile of real visits. Above it, a page counts as failing that Core Web Vital. Google

A UAE site that misses those thresholds is paying twice: once in rankings, and again in the visitors who leave before the page settles. Speed work is usually the cheapest lift on the site, and it is the one most agencies skip because it does not look like marketing.

How should you buy SEO in Dubai?

There are four ways, and the right one depends on what you actually need.

We are the last row. If the first row is what you need, that is a reasonable choice and we will say so on the call.
OptionWhat you usually getWhere it tends to break
Large local agencyAn office, awards, a team, a pitchJunior delivery, long minimum terms, reports about impressions
Freelancer or small studioDirect access, low cost, fast turnaroundOne person's range, and no cover when they are busy
Offshore content shopVolume of pages, very low priceThin or spun writing that ages badly after an update
Remote specialist teamNamed people, a published price, weekly shippingNo local office, and no help with anything outside search

What about Arabic?

It is a separate site, not a second column in a spreadsheet.

The UAE audience splits across languages by category rather than evenly, and the split is rarely where companies assume it is. English carries most B2B and tool searches; Arabic carries a large share of local services and price questions. A page translated from English is often grammatically correct and never typed by anyone, because the phrase a buyer uses is not the phrase a translator picks.

We research Arabic from scratch, write it natively, and keep the two versions from competing for the same result. That work is Arabic SEO.

What does local visibility involve?

The business profile first, then the pages behind it.

Map results run on their own ranking system: categories, reviews, opening hours, and whether your business details match everywhere else on the web. Companies with more than one branch often turn out to have a duplicate listing or a wrong primary category somewhere, and fixing that is often the fastest visible win in the plan. Behind the profile, each branch needs a page worth landing on rather than the same paragraph with the district swapped. That is local SEO.

How do you get into AI answers?

By being consistent everywhere a model might look, and readable when it arrives.

When someone asks an assistant which company to use in Dubai, the answer is usually assembled from directories, review platforms and listicles rather than company homepages. So the work runs on two sides: your pages get crawler access, short extractable answers and clean markup, while your business facts get made consistent across the profiles that already rank for your category. Then we track a fixed set of buyer prompts per engine, because the engines rarely agree with each other. That is GEO.

What if the traffic is fine and the enquiries are not?

Then the page is the problem, not the ranking.

Sites here often buy attention and lose it in the first screen: no plain statement of what the company does, a hidden price, a form asking for eight fields, a checkout that wants an address typed twice on a phone. Those fixes cost less than a ranking and apply to every visit you already pay for. That is CRO, and it runs on the same plan and the same weekly report.

What happens in the first 90 days?

  1. Week 1: audit

A crawl, crawler-access and markup checks, a read of analytics and Search Console in both languages, a look at the business profile, and buyer prompts run against the AI assistants.

  2. Week 2: plan

A written plan with an owner and a date on every task, the Arabic and English keyword map, and the pages we are going after. You approve it before anything ships.

  3. Weeks 3 to 6: the base

Indexing, mobile speed at the 75th percentile, internal links, titles, structured data and profile cleanup.

  4. Weeks 4 to 12: build and earn

Pages go live in weekly batches while outreach starts on the listings and mentions the audit named.

  5. Every week: report

What moved, what moved it, what is next, with the tasks attached, in plain language.

Ninety days usually clears the base and shows early movement. In a market this contested it is usually not enough to take a head term, and we will say that before you sign rather than in month four.

How does pricing work?

Flat monthly retainers, with the starting price for each plan on the pricing page. Scope moves the number: how many pages we work on, how much writing you need in each language, and whether GEO and CRO run alongside the SEO work. Plans are month to month, so you can stop at the end of any month.

We do not bill by the hour and we do not price by keyword count. Publishing a starting price is unusual in this market, which is exactly why we do it.

Where should a challenger start in a market like this?

At the edges, not at the head term.

Every agency in this city is pointed at the same handful of phrases, and so is every one of your competitors. Going straight at them is a two-year project with a large budget and no early evidence that it is working, which is a difficult thing to sit through and an easy thing to cancel in month five.

The version that works starts one level down. The specific service rather than the category. The question a buyer asks before they are ready to buy. The comparison they run between you and the two names they already know. The neighbourhood or the sector rather than the whole emirate. Those pages rank sooner, and more importantly they bring people who are closer to a decision, so you find out whether search converts for you before you have spent a year finding out.

They also compound. A cluster of pages that each rank for something small builds the internal linking and the credibility that a head term eventually needs. Head terms are usually won by sites that already own everything around them, not by sites that attacked them directly.

So the first six months are deliberately unglamorous: the base fixed, twenty or thirty specific pages live, the profile cleaned up, and the mentions that make you look like a real company in the places both search engines and assistants check. The impressive-looking terms come after, from a stronger position and at a lower cost.

What do you need from us?

One decision-maker, access, and facts.

The decision-maker matters most. Somebody who can approve a plan and answer a question inside a week, without escalating every page. Where that person does not exist, the work stalls whatever the plan says, and we would rather find that out in week one than in month four.

Access is the site or its staging environment, the analytics, Search Console, and the business profile. If a developer or a previous agency holds those, an introduction is enough.

Facts are the part only you have: what you actually do, your prices or price ranges, the claims you can stand behind, and the details that make a page credible rather than generic. We will not invent a client, a number or a result to fill a paragraph, so the specifics have to come from you.

Realistically that is an hour or two a week after a heavier first month.

What will you not promise?

A position or a date. Nobody controls Google's results or what a model says, and in a market where guaranteed rankings are still sold openly, the absence of that promise is the most useful thing we can tell you.

We will also not claim an office here, name clients we do not have, or publish a case study we cannot evidence. That is why the results section on this page is empty rather than filled with borrowed logos.

Where else do you work?

The full list of markets is on the locations page. Outside the UAE, the other market we know well enough to write about properly has its own page.

أسئلة تتكرر علينا

  • Why hire an agency that knows the Dubai market?

Because it is one of the most contested search markets in the region and the shortcuts do not survive here. Knowing who already holds the results, which terms are searched in Arabic, how much of your audience is expatriate and how heavily directories rank changes the plan before a single page is written.

  • Do you work in Arabic and English?

Yes. Dubai audiences are split and the split is not even across categories, so we research both languages separately and write each as its own page rather than translating one into the other. Arabic spelling and phrasing variation changes what a page can rank for. The method is on our Arabic SEO page.

  • Can you get us mentioned by ChatGPT and Google's AI answers?

We work on it and we measure it, but no agency controls what a model returns. We make your pages readable and quotable, keep your business facts consistent across the directories and review platforms these engines lean on, then track a fixed set of buyer prompts per engine and report what moved.

  • How long does SEO take in Dubai?

Technical fixes often show up within weeks. New rankings and AI citations usually take three to six months, and the most contested Dubai terms take longer than that. This is a market where an agency promising a date is telling you something about itself rather than about your site.

  • What does it cost, and is there a contract?

Plans are flat monthly retainers and the pricing page shows the starting price for each one. Scope moves the number: pages in play, how much writing you need in each language, and whether GEO and CRO run in the same plan. Plans are month to month, so you can stop at the end of any month.

  • What reporting do we get?

A weekly report in your portal, in plain language: what moved, what moved it, and the coming week's tasks, with the work attached underneath. Monthly, an AI visibility review, engine by engine. Weeks where nothing moved appear in the report too, with the reason.

  • Do you have an office in Dubai?

No. We are a remote team and we say so rather than renting an address to look local. You get a named strategist, working hours that overlap with yours, a weekly call if you want one, and a portal open every day. If a local office is a requirement for you, hire an agency that has one.
